I have owned this boot for 3 months (purchased may 2026) I have worn it 6 days a week since day one. I am no stanger to barefoot footwear I have worn brands such as; xero, lems, hobibear, birkenstock and Jim green. I have also worn many name brand non barefoot boots in my adult years, So I know a good boot when I get one. Bashers has become my favorite footwear they have something the above brands I listed do not have. PROS: COMFORT right out of the box NO BREAK IN REQUIREMENT!! these are super comfortable, the leather is molded to the foot and therefore becomes your 8th layer of skin ( so to speak) it moves with your foot position, the OUTSOLE or bottom of boot has held up very well with what I have put it through, ie. digging holes, mowing grass, working in garage, hiking and doing light construction! The LEATHER upper has taken some small cuts and scratches and still maintaining its water repellent properties. HOWEVER if you abuse this boot like I do ( YOU MUST CLEAN IT AND WAX IT) IF you maintain the leather, the leather will maintain your foot! LACES they seem plenty long enough, they also seem strong enough however I have recently found they can come untied so I reccomend double knots! If you pull your laces too tight you can widen the speed hooks witch is standard for any speed hook! Fyi you dont want them widened!!
CONS: THE INSOLE while comfortable I have noticed the insole has started to fall apart leaving small balls or wads of material inside the boot and they feel sticky this is my only complaint about the boot....a new pair of insoles will solve this problem within seconds! Just order an extra pair of insoles with your boots! TOE PROTECTOR it would be nice if this boot had some extra toe protection but that might take away from its dexterity. SUMMARY: I would 100% reccomend these boots and buy another pair when or if needed but since they can be re-soled I believe the upper will last a very long time! Your feet deserve a pair or three of BASHERS!! I HAVE 3 PAIRS

Incredible boot. Rugged but light enough to sprint in. Definitely recommend 👌
